Hi, We have the 12 month $20 introductory offer and are using proclaim. I have just tried to ensure the Sunday service is working when I have come up against a problem in the cart. It says we have to pay $400 for graceway media? I don't understand why when we have not asked for it.

Panic stricken as I need this working for Sunday.

This will appear if you are using a piece of media from Graceway Media in your presentation and you do not have a subscription for it. All you have to do is remove that piece of media from your presentation and the message will go away.
