Hello,

I save my powerpoints into separate JPEG images and attempt to upload them, but run into "Error uploading" messages nearly every week. Even a ppt that is only 4 slides long seems to freeze up.

Could the reason be because we need to delete some of our old data from proclaim? We just began using it a few months ago and have never deleted any old Sunday info before.

Please help!

Laura

Hi Laura. You shouldn't have to delete anything. As far as the PPT goes, these can sometime take a little time because they first have to convert the slides to images.

In order for us to be able to take a look at what is causing these errors for you, though, we will need to look at your logs. You can find instructions on how to post those here: http://community.logos.com/forums/t/39446.aspx

Note that each time Proclaim restarts, the Proclaim.log resets, so the most helpful thing would be for you to try to upload some images and then immediately send the logs once you've received the error. Thank you.
