When I add my PowerPoint presentation, some of the slides are not adding correctly. The right hand side of the slide is cut off. I've attached the PowerPoint for you to look at. It is the slides with the title, "Desperation".

Any help you can give me is appreciated.

Thanks,

Dan

Daniel,

I imported your PowerPoint into our Sunday service and it loaded and viewed perfectly (as if I opened up PowerPoint and ran it natively).

Make sure you have restarted Proclaim recently with an internet connection so that you are running the most current version.

Otherwise, I've been unable to reproduce that problem.

Daniel,

Are you running Mac or Windows, and if is Mac what version of OS X? There are some known issues with importing PowerPoint on OS X.

If you are on Mac and are running up against one of the known issues one possible workaround is to use PowerPoint to export the slides as images, then import the images as an image slideshow service item.

I'm running a Windows 7 Professional 6.1.7601 SP1 Build 7601 with PowerPoint 2007 (12.0.6654.5000) SP3 MSO (12.0.6662.500). Proclaim is at 1.9 (1.09.0.0690). I'm loading it with the options to convert it to images and upload and sync to group. It seems to be a WordArt difficulty because I can change the header to a normal PowerPoint header and it uploads fine. I know I can export the slides as image files and upload that way if I need to. Just frustrating that it is doing this.
