I'm running Logos on my MacBook Pro (OSX 10.8.4; 2.2 GHz Intel Core i7). I've been doing well with it for quite some time, but I've tried using Logos to prepare this weekend and I get my Bible and books open, work for a bit, then the program crashes. It just completely disappears. Any help would be much appreciated.
I'm not sure where my log and crash files are. I did enable logging and started Logos.
Thanks,
Jim

Logos has Logging Utility for OS X => http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/mac/logging with steps how to use.

Thank you for the link. I followed the instruction, duplicated the crash, and archived the logs. Here is what I saved to my desktop.6052.LogosLogs.JOesterwind.20130623-153020.zip
There is a problem with Preferences of which there are 3 databases. First try to delete the folder /Users/JOesterwind/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/otuv2frm.y70/UserPreferences2 and restart Logos.

Thank you, Dave. Where do I find that folder in order to delete it? I'm not really sure where it is on my Mac (I'm embarrassed to say).
Blessings,

OS X uses Finder for folders:
~/Library/Application Support/Logos4
Note: the ~ in the folder path is an alias for your user's home on OS X. Logos4 has many folders used by Logos 5.
Dave Hooton: There is a problem with Preferences of which there are 3 databases. First try to delete the folder /Users/JOesterwind/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/otuv2frm.y70/UserPreferences2 and restart Logos.
Inside Logos4 folder are more folders:
Right click menu for a folder (e.g. UserPreferences2) includes => Move to Trash
Thanks so much for the help. I found the file and erased it. But I'm still having the program crash. Here's my log this time:
7510.LogosLogs.JOesterwind.20130623-220922.zip
Sorry jim,. try deleting Users/JOesterwind/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/otuv2frm.y70/LocalUserPreferences. If that doesn't work try Users/JOesterwind/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Documents/otuv2frm.y70/UserPreferences
Thank you, Dave. This latter directive worked. I read my Bible and ran a few searches for about 45 minutes this morning with no crashes. Whew!

I'm glad you are running OK.
