Are the L5 right click actions enabled for MSOffice 365?
I am unable to set up Logos 5 smart tags (now called "additional actions") in my new version of Word. Are they enabled for Office 365? If they are can anyone please assist?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
Sue

This is currently Office 2013, so follow the advice at https://www.logos.com/articleviewer/530
If you installed the 64-bit version of Office, you will have real issues but you can try the 64 bit Smart Tag, and follow instructions (and thread) at http://community.logos.com/forums/p/65493/460778.aspx#460778.

Thank you very much for your reply and the links you provided. After reading the information, I gather that as I have the latest version of L5 the Smart Tags should appear in Word once I have enabled them. Please correct me if I have misunderstood this.
I have the 32-bit version of Word installed...
...however after following the instructions on given on the 'Logos Smart Tags' page the Logos option does not appear.
Is there something else I am missing in order for Word to register that the Logos smart tags are available? I have followed the troubleshooting tips provided in the Wiki and have both Word and Logos open and am not running either as Administrator.
Thanks again

Hi Sue
It looks as though the dll which handles Smart Tag integration may not be correctly registered.
With Word and Logos shutdown try the command below from a command prompt and see if that helps:
regsvr32 C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Logos5\System\L4SmrtTg.dll
replacing username with the username under which you are running Logos
Notes:
- This assumes you have Logos installed in the default location on the C: drive. If not, you will need to adjust accordingly.
- Also your Logos installation may be in a "Logos4" file structure as opposed to a "Logos5" one

Is there another step I need to do?
Register Logos 5 itself by running:
%localappdata%\Logos5\Logos.exe /register

Hooray that did the trick. It is working well now. I am so pleased to have that useful feature up and running again.
Thank you Bradley, Graham and Dave for all your assistance.
