On-screen bible is not displaying all the slides

I have been using the on-screen bible feature for quite some time but recently it has stopped displaying all the slides of a multiple verse passage when on air. The slides are all visible and look normal when I am editing, but when I go on air it will show, for example, the first slide and then the second slide will be blank white, then it will show the third slide. I can't figure out why this is happening but it has happened about four weeks in a row now.

Is there a presentation name you could provide that is being affected by this issue? Could you provide a screenshot as well as logs after this happens?

We are in the process of improving OSB service items, so a similar bug is being worked on at the moment.
