At our church we typically have a set order of basic items that make up the service, and we change out songs every week. The Reuse Items functionality has made this very easy, but after months of doing this, when searching for something basic like the Lords Prayer, the results returned seem fairly randomly sorted (the slide used from last year, then a few weeks ago, then a few months ago, etc).

It would be great it if it sorted the returned results by date, so that the last used one is at top. An edit may have been made that should keep being used -- the same thing for songs - if we correct a typo etc.

First, is the order returned specific to anything, and if not, could it be changed in a future version?

Hi, Nick, and thanks for the input. Reusable items should be ranked descending by the last date they were modified -- are you not experiencing this?

Hi Peter,

Turns out you're right and I never put it together that it was sorted by last edited. I think in my mind I kept expecting 'last used'. Will keep that in mind now moving forward!

I believe you can essentially sort them by "last used" if you add the item, make a minor edit, then revert it.
