Supposedly we can change the the thumbnail of a video that we uploaded to the media browser; however, I can't figure it out.
I see we can resize them, but a lot of videos have black thumbnails. The only way to tell what it is is by the title we gave it when uploading.
When uploading a video you can use the scrubber to select a preview frame for the thumbnail. This preview frame is currently only used in the Media Browser. When a video is added to your presentation we use the first frame to display the item in the Order of Service and Timeline.
