Dear All,
When I have selected my product in the Logos website and added it to the cart, I click on the "Proceed" button. It did not proceed to the next stage of payment, that is, Billing. Please advise how I can proceed with payment. Thanks.
If that had happened to me, it would be because my javascript is turned off (I only turn it on only when needed). Don't know if that might be the cause.
The javascript was on.

I would send an email to sales@logos.com and explain the situation. They are the ones who can take care of it, and I doubt they are monitoring these forums very closely. As a bonus, you just might be able to get a better deal from them than from the web site (you never know).

Just when you thought it was safe to go into the forums again....[;)]

It appears that they are now popping up a window to let you select whether you want to make a single payment or multiple payments. This "popup" does not appear to be a typical popup that might be blocked by a popup blocker, but it could be. It appears to be a DOM-based popup ("ajax", or "web 2.0", or whatever you want to call it).
Does that appear for you? If not, and if it is a DOM-based popup, there's a good chance it's an issue with your particular browser / version. What browser / version are you using?
Donnie
Dear Donnie,
Thanks for offering your solution. I'm using Mozilla Firefox version 3.6.12 browser. I've unblocked popup windows but still unsuccessful.

You might try making sure you've got the latest version of your browser.
I have seen this problem reported a couple of times before. In one case the user was able to fix it himself: "sometimes I find my page stop responding whenever I want to change the payment plan feature. When this occurs I just click on the step before the step I am on and usually it responds the second time."
In another case, Dan Pritchett had to step in to fix it.
So if you don't have any luck proceeding with either of the suggestions above, then email Dan (dan at logos dot com) and he'll take care of it for you.
