b6: Locator bar glitch

This could have been an issue before, but I just noticed it.
I opened a saved layout, which included all the resources shown in the screenshot. Several of these resources had a cramped locator bar, as shown. Not all the resources were like this. If I clicked the book icon and hid the locator bar then showed it again, it would fix the issue.

Confirmed. I had this cramped display in 4 out of 5 resource panes in my current layout.

I've just submitted a report on this from a feedback email. Thanks!

I wonder why it hasn't been fixed?
I'm still seeing this on 4.2a SR-3.
It shows up now even when a given book is first launched..
Is there a way Melissa, to see the bug reports list and the priority of handling?
thanks

This is not as high a priority as other bugs that more directly affect the functionality of the program, but it is still an active case and will be addressed in a future release.
No, there isn't a list for public access.

If the glitch annoys me I just use the shortcut to turn the locator bar off and on - cmd-shift-L - and the glitch goes away.

I like to see where I am, so Command Shift L won't do.
A quick work-around is to hit Command Shift C twice, it'll then show properly.
Logos says this isn't a high-priority bug, although it should eventually be fixed. The bug exists in both the Stable and Beta engine update channels.

Oh ok, I didn't catch that in your first post. I thought you meant, just turn it off and be done with it..!
= )
Using the L instead allows for a good two handed approach.. I think I like it better.
Tech stuff, always work-arounds ya know?
have a good weekend
