Unable to Sync with IPAD or IPHONE to Control

I have been unable to link with IPAD or IPHONE to control.  When I hit control, it just says (unable to advance slide).  Are there any others having this problem?

Dear Cliff, 

I understand that this is a known issue and the developers are working on it. 

This thread address this issue.

Things that have worked for me, on occasion, include signing out, killing the app and signing back in and, on other occasions, uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. There have been occasions, however, when I have been unable to get it to work, full stop.

From a personal and anecdotal perspective, I have noticed some improvements this month and have, for the last four weeks, been able to run my sermon presentation via the remote app with just the odd glitch.
