Bill and Jeremy!                 Peace to you!                          ... and .......             Always Joy in the Lord!

I am thrilled and excited re. your posting this work of Hengstenberg!          Bill, I've been grateful that you've shared this work for my Logos 3.0g set up a long, long time ago as a PBB.          I've really appreciated having it and have referred to it on numerous occasions.

I still run Logos 3 or Libronix on my same computer that I use for Logos 4.  \

Now I realise that perhaps it is perhaps high time to pull the plug on my L3 installation after all these years.

Evidently there is supposed to be some graffiti on the walls of the New York City subway that says, "Nostalgia ain't what it used to be!"

Well, Nostalgia for my many years of Logos before L4 is almost getting the best of me!         *smile*

Thank you.  As much as I am interested in things like this I was overwhelmed at the thought of editing this much Hebrew.

I have added a few reference links to some church fathers and Josephus as well as reference tags to compile and use this as a "Bible Commentary". I figured some more of you might like the added functionality.  I will probably get around to doing this to the other volumes as well...

The have added tagging in order to compile this as a bible commentary to the remaining volumes, as well as a few other tags - mostly Josephus.  There is room for more tagging, especially in footnotes, but I figured with the Advent season that this added functionality would be welcome for the set as a whole.

Just remember to compile as a "Bible Commentary" instead of "monograph" in order to see it in your Logos reports as a Commentary.

    Kenneth,

Thanks for your efforts to do tagging that I had little patience left to do!

No problem.  I guess I look at these books as Open Source books.  Share them - Fix them - Extend them...  But share what you have done so others don't have to reinvent the wheel.

I know this is a long time after the fact, but thanks Bill and Ken for making this great resource available to us! Rosie referenced it in a recent thread so I've just come across it!

Hopefully this bump will cause others to benefit from it too.

Hi everyone. Is this book still being maintained? I successfully built Volume 1 and 3 with my Logos 7, but failed to build Volume 2 and 4. It seems that there are errors in the docx document. The error prompt says there are 4 errors in Volume 2 and 5 errors in Volume 5. If anyone can send me a corrected file, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. May God bless.

As one of the creators of this, I have all four volumes built in my Logos library, but I built them many months ago. I don't know if a new version of the PBB tool affected these. I would suggest looking at the log files and posting the errors for help.
