My Passage Guide went missing in L5 upgrade??

Though I upgraded to L5 a few weeks ago, I've just now had a chance to sit and start using it.  The first thing I noticed is that My Passage Guide that I customized in L4 is nowhere to be found and seems to have been replaced by the default Passage Guide.  Am I missing something?  I put a lot of work into getting that guide the way I wanted it :-(

My guides carried through into L5. They should be in the location indicated by this screen shot:

If you don't find them there, I am at a loss to explain what could have happened.

I checked there...I've got two in there: a Minimal PG, which I vaguely remember creating; and a "placeholder template" which is completely empty.  Maybe I'll make a call to tech support.  I can probably manage to re-create it if I have to, but I don't remember exactly how I had it set up.

Delete that and restart Logos. Let us know if the default Passage Guide shows up or not.

Nope, no luck.  I deleted the placeholder template and then closed/restarted Logos and let it sync, but still only have the Minimal PG.

I had another thought...I have Carbonite, which backs up my Logos folders and keeps copies of several previous versions of backups.  Is there a file that I can restore from a month ago that would bring my PG back?

That won't fix the issue. I would give us a call. We will probably want to connect in order to more affectively troubleshoot the issue.  800-875-6467.
