Some resources are not downloading
We recently noticed a problem that was causing Logos 5 to download older versions of some resources instead of the latest published version.
We will be shipping 5.2a SR-7 soon to fix this problem; we also have to make a related server-side change. This change on the server was already made (to facilitate our internal testing); unfortunately, it had the side-effect of preventing some resource downloads to 5.2a SR-6 (that would have previously happened). We understand that being unable to download a recently-purchased resource is a serious problem and are actively working on solving the problem. (And not all resources are affected; the vast majority will still download just fine.)
Running "update resources" will not fix the problem; it can only be fixed by updating to SR-7 when that is released. (5.2b Beta users will need to wait for Beta 5, which we hope will be ready tomorrow morning.)
After you install and run 5.2a SR-7, you should see an additional download of up to 30 updated resources (depending on the size of your library); these are the ones affected by the original bug (that was causing older versions to download). (This check happens automatically in the background but may take a few minutes before it initiates the download.)
You can tell if you're affected by the problem if your version of The Bible Knowledge Commentary is 2014-02-03T18:34:31Z. Once you install SR-7, it should get updated to 2014-06-24T02:42:26Z.

It doesn't appear that any of my newly purchased books have downloaded. Please help.

How long has it been since you purchased them? If they are pre-pub purchases, when were they released - Logos staggers the actual downloads.

I also have been unable to download purchases (not "pre pub") from June 20-25, 2014. Any help would be appreciated.

Have you got the latest version of Logos (5.2a SR-7) and have you tried update resources in the command box at top of the window?
If that doesn't succeed contact Customer Support.

Hey Dave,
Thanks for the heads up on the right version. I am now up to date with all my software. The sync issue has been resolved on notes and stuff.
Now I am still not seeing any of the new purchases. I know that I had a large download today once I updated to the correct version of Logos for Mac.
I will check with customer service. When I do the "Update Resources" command/tool all it get is a small box on the bottom right of my screen and nothing else. Even after waiting over an hour staring;)

That file didn't appear in your post, but it would be good to upload your logs following use of the command.
