5.3b1 Bug: Catholic Topical Index tool missing from Guides

In Verbum 5.3 Beta 1 the Catholic Topical Index section is missing from the Guides. [:(] It can't even be added back in.

According to this thread here (cf. final response), the tool should be available in both Logos and Verbum for all users who own the resource: http://community.logos.com/forums/p/78267/547714.aspx (although activated or deactivated by default according to Logos/Verbum mode).
