Sync error on highlights and notes

I'm having this issue for quite a while

The sync works, it is connected correctly. I'm sign in in my account (I have only one account on Logos). The application is updated and I receive the updates for the books, everything works fine. The only problem is the highlights/ notes that when I create them on the tablet, they don't synchronize in the PC, they show on tablet and on my documents on http://documents.logos.com/ however the highlights/ notes are not showing on PC, partially to be more exact, but everything that I do on tablet do not sync on PC, they sync in the server since I can it on http://documents.logos.com/ but not on PC

Thanks for posting the logs (though it is helpful to keep them within the same thread as the original discussion)

There isn't a Logos.log file which probably means that full diagnostic logging is enabled - this can be done by following the instructions at https://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging - and it would be helpful to see that log file.

However, there are a number of network-related issues in the LogosError.Log file with names not being able to be resolved. These include:

prefsapi.logos.com
readingprogessapi.logos.com
historyapi.logos.com
notesapi.logos.com
usereventsapi.com

The "notesapi" issue may well relate to the sync issues you are seeing and there may be other things not syncing that you aren't aware of.

Can you describe the network environment on your PC? Do you have antivirus software running, do you have firewalls enabled - how about on the router you are using to access the Internet?

About the internet it seems fine, yes I use antivirus and firewall

I test it by disabling the firewall, but had same results

I hope this file will help to identified the issue
