I am considering a Kindle Fire: Can it link to my Logos Bible(s) & Markups offline?
The Kindle Fire can run the Logos Android app which will give you access to your resources and notes / highlights.
Highlights are synced over the Internet so you will need to be connected for synchronisation to take place but once that has happened you can access notes when offline.
Resources can be accessed offline once downloaded to your device but some of the advanced features (such as Passage Guide and Bible Word Study) require Internet access
Excellent, very helpful. I am enjoying marking both my NASB bibles in Logos and print edition and would enjoy portability. Will the 8GB version support or should I be looking for more GB?

Hopefully someone with a Kindle Fire can comment on space requirements - but I would expect you would find it limiting. My Android phone has just 8GB and I don't use it heavily for many data resources (I have no music downloaded and just a few pictures) and there isn't much free space.
It's worth saying that you don't need to download resources to the device so long as you have Internet access as you can access the resources remotely - through the app - on Logos servers. The user interface is exactly the same whether or not they are downloaded - but it is a tradoff between space and access times and availability.
MORE! But the better answer is how do you plan to use the App? If you just intend to read a few books 8 Gig will be fine but it you plan to use the tablet as your main Bible Study tool you might need 64 Gig.
[[Sorry not much help as what you will need depends on what you intend to do. I use my Fire as a reader and have only 91 resources loaded]]
