Finding hapaxes legomenon

How do you go about finding all the hapaxes legomenon in the following:
- individual Bible book, such as Isaiah or Romans,
- in two Books together, such as Luke/Acts,
- for a particular author, such as Paul or Peter in all their writings,
- or the entire First(old) Testament and/or the Second(new) Testament
mm.

If you want to do it yourself, one method is to use the Word List functionality. Go to Documents, create a new word list, "Add" your books, then sort the vocab by count (by clicking on the "Count" column header). If the count is 1 you have a hit. You can use any corpus to do this but I am not sure how Logos might behave if the corpus is too large. Give it a try.

Thanks. I was wondering if there was another way to do it.

Sort of, yes. You can go to https://faithlife.com/logos-visual-filters/documents and download the Hapax Legomena file, which is a Visual Filter based on that thread cited above, that Mark Barnes put together.

Do I need to join or can I view as a "guest"? Because I can't see the file.

AFAIK, the Documents tab is visible to group members only (i.e. those who have joined) throughout faithlife. But it won't hurt!
Have joy in the Lord!
