Suggestion: make grammatical tags in searches not case-sensitive

The morphological search suggestion
"lemma:logos@nmsa" doesn't work because the grammatical tags have been
made capitals and case-sensitive...

You could just change the search
suggestion text to @NMSA but I think it would be better if it weren't
case sensitive because lowercase is easier to type)

What's interesting is that Hebrew morph searches are not case sensitive. This seems like a bug to me.
