Hi there, we have been using proclaim for about two months. The program crashed on us mid service. The difference during this service to other services is that we hit our download limit and so our broadband speed was slowed. This caused a number of issues of not accessing the media library and long startup times. I planned on leaving proclaim on over Saturday night so that the presentation would download, but It kept getting errors. I had to load the presentation via USB. I recently updated to the latest video drivers and inf drivers. The account at the time was thbc@bigpond.com.
