Guide to Setting up a Better Logos Framework

It is for new users to assist them with Library management and setting up some collections and custom guides to assist them in their studies using Logos. I have both pdf and docx. There are no restrictions on the use of the guide. A second installment will be forthcoming.

I am on another forum where users contribute to a sort of user-created Users Guide Wiki. It just works. This could be a great start.

Logos has available for free all the information a person could want or need to get well launched and honed in Logos use. However, wading through is just plain tough to do. This could be an answer. Logos user guides by MP are fine, but expensive enough that if users don't really have a feel for the content, they are less likely to buy them. It is my opinion that making the user guides free could be a great marketing tool for Logos. It might be the thing that would get my kids up and running in Logos (they all have Logos but feel like they don't have time for the learning curve to make it a useful tool). If Logos won't do that, then maybe we can do it ourselves for them, like this. New and intermediate users will rejoice.

I think the crops were intentional as the image was only demonstrating a part of what was on the screen. At least when I review it in preview on my Mac.

Well, here's what it looks like in the .docx file as I got it from you:

And here's what it looks like after I change the indent on that paragraph to the left by a little over an inch. It's not a huge deal because no essential info was chopped off, but it's just an aesthetic thing. And of course a bit more finicking would need to be done because you'd want the b. line to be lined up under the a. line, but just the image moved over to the left so it's centred. I didn't have time to mess with it more. There were a couple of other images like this that were sticking off the right edge of the page, but most of the document was fine.

Wow, I never made my own guide before, partly due to laziness and partly due to not understanding the power of collections, and WOW. What a difference this is going to make!
