I am an S.D.A Church Pastor in South Zimbabwe Conference in Zimbabwe Union Conference. I am part of the team that purchased Logos when it was introduced, I had it installed but I now have a problem. My laptop crushed and when I tried to re-install using the installation file I had initially downloaded Logos refuses to give me all the packages I had bought and installed, it just shows plank folders . Please help me

    Welcome to the forums Obadiah. Did you sign in with the same email address and password that you used on the previous laptop?

    One way to check is to go to www.biblia.com and sign in with the email address and password. If your books are showing up on this site (owned by Logos) then you need to make sure that you have given it time to download the software and it has finished indexing.

    If the problem still persists after all of this you may need to call tech support.

    Dear Pastor Obadiah, Lynden gives excellent advice, as usual. I checked on your behalf and confirm that you have a Logos 6 base package registered to your name. It is yours for life with free updates--"once-saved, always-saved" in Logos cloud storage. Follow Lynden's advice to sign in with your account (using your gmail.com email address) and the download should reinstall. If not, as Lynden says, contact customer.support@logos.com or you can call internationally: +1 360-527-1700). 

    I am so thankful that so many of my African brothers have SDA Logos base packages. May God continue to bless your ministry, Obadiah.
