I would like to export my presentation to PowerPoint or even to print to a PDF. I need this for a class project. Anyone know how to do this? We also have a congregant who is visually impaired and could use it as a PowerPoint on her Ipad. Any ideas?
Hi Amy
Welcome to the forums.
I hope you get some help with all the bits you are trying to accomplish.
Your friend who is visually impaired could use the iPad app to follow the service. You might like to give this a try?
Your member with
Like Mike mentioned the Proclaim Remote "Follow" feature is a good option for the visually impaired.
If you'd like to print your presentation I recommend opening it in a web browser via the "View presentation online" button shown below.
From here you can right click on each slide you want to print, open in new tab, then print or save the image to be added to a pdf document. Not the most elegant solution but it works.
Is there a way to make it print only 4 slides per page maybe?
Unfortunately not at this time. I believe we have spec but haven't had time to work on it yet. A tedious workaround would be to save each image independently and compose them 4 per page yourself using an image editing application.
I just figured out how to print from proclaim using windows after wondering about it for about a year. This is actually what has kept us from purchasing and using proclaim here at church so I am really grateful and thought I would share it on this forum:
Right click on the the name of your presentation
Click save as images
Choose a destination folder
Click Save - a “Saving Slides as Images” box will come up. When it is done…
Click “Show in folder.” A Windows Explorer box will come up, likely with a preview of all the images.
Select all the images anyway you like - I use Control-A.
Click Print on the top of the Windows Explorer menu.
Pick the printer and options you want and click print.
If you want to save as a pdf, use a PDF printer such as CutePDF available online.
Hope this is helpful.
Is this possible anymore? Or has save as images been removed as a feature?
Russel, it is still there. The above instructions are slightly misleading, you need to right click on the item itself in the order of service along the left.
However, we normally point people to File -> Print Presentation which will take you to a website where you can easily print an overview
But is there a way to print your digital bulletin to show the images. I cannot get it to print the images in the digital bulletin feature. It only shows text.
