Proclaim error

Hello everyone!

I am trying to backup my presentation and I get the following error message: "We were unable to download all the content required by the following items." It asks to Retry content which I did with the same results. Below this message are two click boxes one says "Continur Anyway" and the other says "Close"

Anyone experiencing this error? Is this a technical glitch?

If you post your logs after reproducing this issue, this will help us diagnose what is going on. Also, which presentation of yours is this occurring on? I would like to take a look and see if I can reproduce the issue myself.
