Proclaim not working

Hi All,

 

I have been putting together a service for our life group & for some reason now proclaim won’t work. I’ve tried on 2 different laptops & it’s the same problem, it just shuts down. I have uninstalled & reinstalled on both laptops also & this has not fixed the issue. I've never had a problem before & am very happy with the product. Please advise.

Hello Adam, 

I'm sorry Proclaim is causing you issues, hoping we can resolve this quickly.

I've signed in as you and can see there is a data issue with the Tiyce Life Group presentation. I'm not sure what it is yet but you can get Proclaim back up and running by holding the Ctrl key down during startup. This will show a login screen which includes an option to "Show setup wizard". If you check this and "Continue free trial" (incorrect button text but click it anyway) through the screens you'll get into Proclaim without automatically opening your last used presentation (which is causing the crash).

I'll begin investigating the issue with the presentation and get back to you as soon as I know more.
