Memory leak - when playing large video while on air mode move the proclaim dasbhoard window

Hello:

I am using 1.26.0.0593 version.

Running on Windows 7 - SP1

i7 -930 CPU @ 2.8GHz with 16G RAM and SSD drive

Here is the step to reproduce the issue (occurs 100% of time)

1. Start the presentation/program which includes an MP4 media with the file size of 592MB (1280x720 HD.

2. Set the "on air" mode

3. Play the media

4. Move your cursor to the dashboard on the main monitor - then move your proclaim dashboard window.

5. The movie hang - I see the memory increase even when I quit proclaim

6. I can only reclaim the memory by killing the process

Increasing the priority or changing the affinity did not solve the problem.

I think this is a critical issue.
