Tracing NT Greek words in the Septuagint

Dear all

This is probably really easy but I can't figure out how to do it.  I have Logos 6 (Silver) and would like to know how, when I read the NT Greek, I can locate that Greek word in the LXX.

Can anyone help?

Hi Barry - and welcome to the forums

Two suggestions:

1: Use the search capabilities from the right-click menu

In the example below, I right click on a word in the Greek text, ensure that "Lemma" is selected and choose "search this resource"

This will run a search of that word in the NA28

Click on where it says Nestle-Aland and enter LXX and choose a Septuagint text to run the search against that

and you get results like this

2) Use the Bible Word Study guide

Select it from the right-click menu

and you get results something like

Scroll right down to the bottom and run the Textual Search against the LXX

and you get the same results as in the first example.
