I looked at my "Orders" for Community Pricing, and the list did not show that I did indeed bid on the tremendous collection of works on baptism, "Classic Studies on Baptism."
It appears that the record of my "bid" has been removed.
My first thought was that Logos or Faithlife or whoever arbitrarily dropped the offering from the Community Pricing or pre-pub program, and that I would never be able to have this most significant for Bible study collection.
Then I combed through all the Community Pricing listings selecting "Oldest First," since it was some time ago (in 2013 I think) that I placed my bid.
Well, the listing is still there. When I opened the page to "learn more" the "bid on this" was shaded out, showing that Logos/Faithlife indeed still knows I submitted a bid.

Please go there and place a bid!
I would encourage everyone to re-think their stance on this offering. It is a tremendous bargain. It covers most sides of the issue in depth. You would find it a most helpful collection of works to deepen your knowledge of the Bible.
How do I know?
I have several of the books in the collection on each side of the issue in my personal print library, and have studied them thoroughly. They have been of great benefit to me. Though these are older works, newer volumes hardly replace the research of the authors of these volumes. Older arguments based on sound reasoning and evidence and careful exegesis are not rendered less valid with age!
Please bid on this collection. It needs to be produced before I go home to be with the Lord! I really would desire to pursue studies on this subject. You should too.
I can't figure out why this set does not seem to show up on my list of "Community Pricing Bids" just now, but I hope I will receive the set when it eventually comes out.
