Logos has been telling me for the last couple of days that it's downloading updates but it doesn't make any progress whatsoever - it remains permanently on 0%

Yes, several times. And have restarted Logos numerous times too.

I saw this in the logs: 2015-04-09 10:12:57.4068 12 Error UpdateManager Couldn't get download size for http://downloads.logoscdn.com/LBS6/Installer/6.2.0.0027/Logos-x86.msi: The operation has timed out
I have no idea what it means.
Are you outside of the continental US? (No need to elaborate). Do you have any firewalls? It might be best to download the new engine directly. See the link in my signature line.
I'm in NZ. As far as I can tell Logos isn't blocked by any firewalls. I'll try downloading the new engine directly. Will let you know if I have any luck! Thanks [:)]
I'm not sure what it is, but I downloaded the above and did the install and now it is actually making progress in downloading the updates. Thank you so much for your help!
