During our worship service when displaying the lyrics, the On Air loses connection with the big screen tv.

Are you connecting to the Big Screen TV with an Apple TV box?
Is it the only display that is being driven during the presentation?
I take it that any other displays keep going as expected?

In order to look further into this issue, we will need some more information. What do you mean by this? Does the picture on the screen cut out? Does the presentation go Off-Air? If you could explain more of what is going on, that would be great! Answering Mike's questions would be helpful as well.
