Harsh Transition to Videos

Is there any way to create a smoother transition between background music and videos?

When our service transitions from the preservice to the warm up, it goes from announcement slides with background audio to a countdown video. When it comes time for the transition to the countdown video, the background music abruptly stops with no gentle fade. Is there anyway to make this background music fade before a video kids in.

I've also noticed the same issue when we put promedia videos in the preservice with announcements with background audio.

Any help is appreciated!

We should be fading the audio out automatically. I'll take a look at your group's presentations and try to reproduce the issue. Is there a particular presentation I should be looking at? Are you on Mac or Windows?

The one I'm working with is "April 19, 2015 - God won't give you more than you can handle."

The transition is going from the countdown (which I have using the background audio) to the cellphone video which uses the video soundtrack.

The music fades out nicely if you go off air, but not when transitioning.

We use both macs and windows.

I talked to another developer about this issue and it seems to be expected behavior. However I am not sure if this is ideal. I have an open bug report for this; I will update this post when I find out if any changes to this will be implemented.
