Adding a member to my group

Sorry for the confusion but I am new to proclaim. I have an interested member of our church who would like to help me with our presentations. I am going to load proclaim on his computer this week. My question is, does he have to use my log on information (username and password) or does he create and use his own username and password to log into proclaim? Not sure how this works. Just trying to get a heads up before I load proclaim on his computer. I love Proclaim Presentation but I am a new user and I am learning it's many features every day. Thanks for all the help for a novice user. I did get the remote app to work perfectly and it is a great feature!

He should use his own login details and you need to invite him to join your "Faithlife group" which will underpin Proclaim collaboration

Ask him to register as a Faithlife user (if he doesn't already have an account) This can be done at https://faithlife.com/signin 

Then from Proclaim click "Members" and "Invite Members" which will give you the option to add users to your group
