Does Vyrso allow .epub or .mobi export?
I'm a Kindle Paperwhite user, and I'm only interested in buying Vyrso content if I can read it on my Kindle. I'm capable of getting standard eBook files like .epub or .mobi onto my Kindle. However, there's no indication on the Vyrso website that this is even a possibility.
1. Do customers get access to eBook files to move between devices at their own will?
2. Would you please make this clearer on the website?

Hi Alex - and welcome to the forums

There is no direct export in the sense I think you are talking about

No this isn't the case.
However, if someone is using the Logos desktop software (which shares the resource library with the Vyrso app - with a few exceptions) there is a "Send to Kindle" function available. This allows someone from within Logos software to send resources to a Kindle email address which then makes the resource available in your KIndle devices.
This is available for many resources but not for all.
Probably not the answer you are looking for but this is how it works

Alex:
to add a bit to the excellent answer you got from Graham: the export to kindle functionality is part of the free Logos 6 core engine https://www.logos.com/product/46767/logos-6-core-engine and works in a seamless manner - I click on export to kindle and receive the file within a minute as a document on my Kindle Fire.
This feature will not work if the resulting file is over 50mb (a size restriction from Amazon) and for some books where the publisher contract doesn't allow for it - and for some very new files that require a rebuild of the server used for this service. In these cases it is possible to export the books (or relevant parts of it), e.g. to Word format and convert to *.mobi from there. I wouldn't expect that workaround to be necessary in a large percentage of Vyrso books.
Hope this helps,
Mick
