If so, consider that he may be on vacation. I know, sometimes you just need to get away in order to have a fresh mind. Not sure if this is the case though.

Yes Erwin that Dave Kaplan. I considered that but usually Dave has an autoresponder in play and this is not the case right now. I think something else is going on. Whatever it is I hope he is doing fine.
Dave was out of the office most of last week. I just upgraded a base package and talked with him a day or so ago. Vacation I think he said. Usually he is on top of stuff for me as well.

On April 13th (Monday) Dave was able to eek out a short email response to me.
He processed my order yesterday, but all through email.
Will keep him in prayer. A wonderful rep and true gentleman.

Hi Folks, I am so sorry to be out of touch recently. I have been dealing with complications from oral surgery. I am actually back in the office again operating at about 70%, so if I talk weird you know why. When I got back yesterday I was told by a co-worker that some folks had been on the forums asking about me, but I couldn't check the forum or do anything because all of our systems went down yesterday due to a power outage. Thank you for all the kind words and the prayers. I am also SUPER behind, so I appreciate your patience as I serve you. I am thankful and I love ALL of you guys! ;-)
