A bug has been found on the newest version (4.6.0) of the iOS reader apps which causes signals not to work. If you use signals in your service, have your congregation refrain from downloading the latest version of the iOS reader app they use to receive signals.
A fix is being worked on right now and we hope to have it shipped before the weekend if possible. I will update this thread once the bug is fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
