Our internet seems to jam up on Sunday mornings causing Proclaim to crash mid-service. Until we get a better network computer, how can my church use Proclaim without Internet access?

Hi David - and welcome to the forums.
Assuming that the presentation has been synched to the local computer beforehand it can run without Internet at all.
Some features, such as Signals and the use of the mobile Proclaim Remote app, won't work but standard functionality should be fine.
Why not try disconnecting from the Internet, running through a presentation and see what happens?

Graham is quite right - I run presentations almost exclusively without internet. It should not cause your presentation to crash and it might help to send in your logs so that the underlying cause can be sorted out.
Lack of internet should not cause the application to freeze or crash. Looking in our error reporting system I do see a few out of memory crashes from your group. This is usually related to a video playback issue caused on some systems. Are you using videos or motion backgrounds in your presentation? If so the first troubleshooting step is to make sure your system is up to date. The next step is to try disabling hardware acceleration as described here.
