[resolved] Lotsa 6.3 B1 crashes

Tonight has been a bad night for Logos.

First crash: attempting to open a new Passage Guide. Crash. No crash report or error report:

Second crash: restarted Logos. Took a loooong time to open. Basically unresponsive. Finally got it to respond to switching to another tab for a Bible. Clicked on the word "Wives" in Ephesians 5:23 with the Information window open. Got the spinning pizza wheel in that window for awhile then a crash. No information ever appeared in that window. Again, no crash or error logs generated.

Third crash: tried to open to a blank screen. Succeeded. Then opened a saved layout (not the one open for the other two crashes). The layout did open but before it would let me do anything crashed. Error and Crash logs this time.

EDIT: Looking at the Error Log I see a number of 'missing key in dictionary' errors.

L 6.3 Beta 1 Mac OS 10.10.3

Mine just crashed without any system report. Was in my layout NT-Revelation when I accidentally closed the Library floating window—on the secondary display if that matters. Select the same layout from the menu to restore the lost library and to close an unneeded Passage Guide (unmodified). The Library window flashed momentarily and then Logos disappeared from the screen.

Logos reopened without any error report request, but it reopened in a distorted condition: Note that the menu bar says NT Revelation, but the displayed windows are all OT. This is a layout prior to switching to NT Revelation. The problem is that the menu bar indicates an incorrect layout.

Selected NT Revelation from the layouts menu, and the correct layout loaded without further incident.

I will add that on the fourth attempt Logos opened correctly, to the original layout that created the first two crashes, and I could use it as I normally do.

It is connected with Power Lookup linking to a panel, as with other similar crashes.

Interesting. I was pretty sure the problem occurred on a layout where Power Lookup was not open. Can that happen?

EDIT: Correction, I see you pointed to the third set of logs. That was a different layout than I opened in the first two crashes. Power Lookup was in that layout, but not in the layout that accounted for the first two crashes.

That's a good question. I haven't been using the layout that caused the crash in awhile. I will need to see if I can find it and try it again.
