Bible Text Animations

I see several of these Bible Text Animations on Youtube. They seem to imply that you can make these from within Proclaim, which would be fantastic, but I see no way to do that and I can't find any information about how to actually make them. Here's one I'm referring to.

Can I actually make these in Proclaim or are they using other software.

Open the Media Browser and search for "Psalm 36:5-9" and you will find this bible animation that you can add as a video service item. Searching for "Bible Text Animation" reveals 3 others.

You can use these in Proclaim, but there is no way to create these with Proclaim. You can use On Screen Bible service items to create some bible text animations, but they are not as elaborate or custom as these videos.
