  So I have a group of books that I made into a spirituality collection. Does anyone know if it is possible to have this collection searched when I do a passage guide for a certain scripture passage? If it can't come up in passage guide, how do I have these books searched for the scripture reference I am investigating?

You can add a "Collections" section to your passage guide and specify the collection. 

If you only want this occasionally, just run your passage guide as normal, and click the "Add" menu at the top right to add a Collections section.
