Video background resized in content slide

I uploaded a 1920x1080 background.

when I use it as a background to a content slide Proclaim puts black bars on the sides or smushes it causing the black bars. If you use the same file as a video slide it shows fine but i cant add my looping content.... any suggestions?

Thanks for creating that presentation. I'm able to see that the video is not laying out as expected but I don't have a quick solution. Does this happen for you with other uploaded videos? Are you uploading on Mac or Windows? If you can answer those questions and leave that test presentation around I'll investigate further on Monday. Thanks for your patience.

I have songs with animated backgrounds that play just fine. I will try converting it to a mp4 and see what happens. It's a .mov now.

I am uploading on Windows.

ok Scott, that seemed to work.

In the test presentation i uploaded the same video but converted to a mp4 file and it's playing correctly.
