Hoping someone can help...every time I download a PowerPoint presentation into proclaim the right side of all the slides is cut off...can anyone help with what I might be doing wrong? Thank you!
You are not doing anything wrong, this is a known issue with the third party software we use to import the slides from PowerPoint.
There are a couple work arounds:
1. Import on a Windows computer
2. Open your PowerPoint in Keynote, save as a Keynote presentation, then import to Proclaim.
We have an open case to fix this issue with the third party vendor and it is still pending with no estimate of when it will be fixed.
