We don't have a plan at the moment but it sounds like fun! Will let you know if something changes.
Surely the least you could do is to have the presentation appear on the watch face.
Should the resulting display be hard to read for your users with failing eyesight this can be simply overcome.
The Apple Watch requires the proximity of a companion device - Min iPhone 5S and all these devices have a camera.
Simply point the camera at your 'apple watch' adjust the distance between the two devices so that the level of zoom suits you and you have an instant magnified display.
Should work just fine.
