When trying to install my update, (for the last two weeks) I keep getting the following error message. I have gotten this consistently after trying to install the latest update.
Any help?
Have you restarted your computer? Have you tried to manually install? If neither work, enable and post logs. Make sure to tell us your current OS and app build
(see links in my signature line)
Here are my logs. I'm running IOS X Yosemite 10.10.3

For clarification, you:
and neither worked, right?
Right
Never mind. I used the wrong engine icon in applications on the dock. My bad.
I am confused... but that is normal. [:)]
I was using a late 6.something release engine, not noticing the Logos 7 icon in the applications file. Sigh.......
If you have an icon that says "Logos 7," something went wrong... but it may be minor. You can move the bad application icon to the trash and rename "Logos 7" to Logos 6. When you open that application icon, what version does it tell you that you are running?
I have had the same issue. I'm running Logos 7, it shows 7 on the app as well.
I deleted the old app and all reinstalled from the logos.com site. yet I still have this problem.

You likely have more than one Logos application file in your Applications folder. Sort the applications alphabetically and you'll likely see more than one. I'd delete them all and use a fresh one once you find them.

If you mean the icon says "Logos 7," that is simply an oddity where OS X adds "1" to the number of the app (Logos 6 becomes Logos 7) when for some reason a second app installation occurs (normally that shouldn't happen). If the app itself says "Logos 7" in the "about" section, we would all love to see a screen shot. [;)]
