Order problem: side by side prepub or no?

I ordered Side by Side by Ed Welch. 

I then then got an email saying that my prepub order has been placed even though no mention of prepub on the book. 

But it when I go to product page it says I should be able to read he book. 

Finally when hen I click on the link I get the following error. The book is not available in my library. Is it a prepub but listed as for purchase? Please correct.

This title is a pre-order, and is set to ship today. It's currently being tested to make sure it's ready to ship today, which is why you might not be able to open the ebook yet.You should receive a confirmation email once it's shipped!
