I have been using visual filters for a few weeks and suddenly they are not showing up at all.
is this happening for anyone else? I am hoping this is user error but I have tried everything I can think of.
Are you talking about highlights? Make sure the note file is turned on in the visual filter menu (three circles icon) for that resource. NOTE: You must have both the master switch and note file switch checked.

Some people have had problems like you are describing and it required a rebuilding of the index to fix.
Are you seeing this in all resources or just some specific ones?
I expect you will need to rebuild your index (enter "rebuild index" into the command box) but please note it can take some hours. You might want to leave it running overnight.

I had this problem a couple of weeks ago and typing the command "rebuild bible index" in the command box worked, and is quicker than the full index rebuild that Graham suggests above (I think it was actually Graham who helpfully suggested the "rebuild Bible Index" command). In my case, Bible searches weren't working either.
I tried rebuild bible index and it didn't work. I then tried rebuild index and two hours later, it is working again! Thank you for your help!!!
