Try typing "update now" in the command box.
Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

update resources is more likely to recover a missing file.

I usually get in trouble for suggesting update resources before suggesting update now.

This file has a history (with me!) and that was the only way I could get it.

Thanks M.J. and Dave,
I ran update now and update resources and no update was found. Any other ideas?

It looks as though there may be a Mac-specific issue here - see https://community.logos.com/forums/t/104273.aspx for a similar discussion.
Does my suggestion there - to access the help file through the library - work for you?
Can any Mac user running the 6.3 beta access the help file through the F1 key as expected?

Sorry we missed replying to this, as we did start investigating based on this thread!
We're looking into the missing Help functionality on Mac, but F1 is not intended to work on Mac. Apple commandeers the F1 keys for system functions more than Windows does, so we do not intend for the F1 Help support to work on Mac. It can be accessed as a resource in the Library, and we'll be fixing opening it from the ? menu.

This should be fixed in 6.3 RC1.[:)]

Just in case Lewis does not get back to this thread, I can confirm that the Help file can be opened from the ? menu.
