Help file is missing on Logos 6.3. Macbook pro 10.10.4
Try typing "update now" in the command box.
update resources is more likely to recover a missing file.
I usually get in trouble for suggesting update resources before suggesting update now.
This file has a history (with me!) and that was the only way I could get it.

I ran update now and update resources and no update was found. Any other ideas?

Does my suggestion there - to access the help file through the library - work for you?
Can any Mac user running the 6.3 beta access the help file through the F1 key as expected?
