ON AIR not working!

I have been a proclaim user for three years. I know what I am doing.

This morning something is different. When I select ON AIR, my PC screen mirrors the large slides. I lose the ability to follow the presentation. I have been through my settings and my PC is set as it always is. I cannot jump to different parts of the presentation. My PC screen is a mirror of what I am projecting to.

When I go to SETTINGS in proclam to check my monitor settings, all of the menu choices are greyed out. I can't select a different monitor or anything. Normally, I can. Today, I can't.

I have rebooted everything. It is Sunday Morning.

We are going to bail and print words for the congregation.

This is very very unacceptable.

Sorry to hear yoy are having problems.

is it possible that your PC has been set to "duplicate displays" as opposed to "extending them"?

Hello Judy,

I think Graham is right. If the display output settings are greyed out it means Proclaim only sees a single display. This would be the case if Windows is configured to mirror the displays. I rebooted it all one more time, and this time it found my external monitor. I had selected mirror, extend, screen 1 only, screen 2 only -- essentially every option my pc offered me, I tried it, and each time I went ON AIR my display went to the large slide only.

On my last reboot, the proclaim settings menu was live again. The display is back to normal, with the large slides up top in the sanctuary and my navigation screen on the pc.
