We have recently been promoting the option of "following" a presentation to our congregation. Its seems those people following using a device with a cell connection experience frequent drops. Even with devices using Wi-Fi but have cell connections. Those following with wi-fi only capable devices never drop a presentation.
Location services are set correctly. I have observed that when a "cell" device drops, the map app on their device shows their location to be somewhere other than where they are physically located. If the location is refreshed, the presentation resumes on their device.
