I'm not sure why the volume The New International Pentecostal Charismatic Dictionary, 2nd ed by Burgess and Van Der Maas has not made it to the electronic version. It is, after all, one of the leading and most comprehensive tomes that exists regarding the Pentecostal and Charismatic movements. Thanks for your consideration.
